Due to the current COVID-19 development, social gatherings like Welcome Reception, Gala Dinner and Morning Run are not planned at this stage. The situation will be re-evaluated by mid April and decisions will be communicated to registered delegates. Depending on the final social events concept, delegates may have the possibility to add dinner bookings in the hotel (own expense, approx. 50 EUR for a 3-course dinner) to the existing package.
